Do Not Sleep After Eating Meat

Disease triggered by an unhealthy lifestyle is certain to increase each year. GERD Patients usually feel a burning heat in the chest. GERD sufferers can feel the other complaints such as pain in the pit of the stomach, bloating, fullness and frequent belching. In addition it is often accompanied by chest pain due to stomach acid that rises to the top. "One factor that can aggravate GERD was straight to bed after eating meat," said Dr.dr. Ari-KGEH Fahrial SpPD, from RSCM-UI. Here are some tips that should be taken to ensure that your stomach stay safe:

Sleep After Eating Meat
1. Avoid eating too much meat and in adjacent time.

2. Avoid eating spicy foods bersantan with acid.

3. Increase your intake of vegetables and fruit.

4. Eating meat along with vegetables.

5. Do not sleep after eating meat, given the lag time for 2 hours.

6. Avoid drinking alcohol, soda, coffee and processed foods containing cheese and chocolate. (Fitness / miw)
